I can do 3 pullups at bodyweight, so that means the projected 1 rep max would be 88 kg. Or 6 kg? 40% would be 2,5 kg chip? 4x6? But I can't do 3 without added load. 1 AMRAP at RIR 2 wouldn't be AMRAP but RIR 2, so that would be a hefty 1 pullup.
